 Ismail Mian is an established farmer of Dhunchi, a village standing on the bank of the Padma. Though he was born in a poor family, today he is an idol to the hardworking youth's of the area. One day, he told them about his success story to encourage them. He told them that his journey from a humble background to becoming a successful farmer was filled with determination and resilience. He reminisced about his childhood, marked by financial struggles, and limited resources. Despite the challenges, his fascination with farming started early. He spent hours after hours observing his father work in the fields, learning the nuances of cultivating crops. He also learned farming from his father. When he e grew up he started diversifying crops, adopting modern techniques, and optimizing irrigation, which transformed his yields. He emphasized hard work - the key to his success. Long hours in fields during crucial stages taught him that consistency was vital. His story resonated deeply. Motivated, the youth resolved to follow his lead. They began implementing his methods. Slowly, Dhunchi flourished not only agriculturally but also in unity. Ismail Mian proved that knowledge, perseverance, and audacious dreams could convert adversity into triumph. As the sun set over Padina, it painted a picture of a prosperous village and a promising future

Reward of honesty  Bithi is a shelteriess, helpless street orphan of ten years who sells flowers on the intersection of Dhaka street. She lives on the income of what she gets from selling flowers.
